Delivey Options
UK Standard Delivery is FREE and takes 3-5 Days.
UK Express Delivery is £15 + vat and takes 2-3 Days.
Our minimum order value is £200.00 excluding vat.
What time will the delivery be?
Unfortunately we are unable to stipulate a delivery time, all deliveries are between 9.00am and 5.00pm.
Do I have to sign for my delivery?
Yes you do, for security reasons, you are required to sign for your delivery, unless specific delivery instructions are given in writing. If the tiles are left without a signature, Versatiles.net do not accept any further liability for your goods.
Can I get my order delivered to another address?
Yes, we may contact you to confirm your identity when your delivery address is not the registered address of your credit card.
What if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?
If a second delivery attempt is required, an additional charge of £50 is likely be incurred.
What if my tiles are damaged, or the order is not correct?
All damages and irregularities must be reported within 2 working days of the delivery. The exact amount missing or damaged must be reported, by email and replacements will be sent out FOC. All damaged or faulty goods may be collected at the request of the haulage company.
If there are 1 or 2 broken tiles, we would recommend that you attempt to use them where cuts are necessary. If you then require 1 or 2 additional tiles to be sent out as replacements, we will honor your request providing you have reported the damage within the above timeframe.
What is your Returns Policy?
Unfortunatly due to the cost of haulage, we do not offer a returns policy as in unused, over ordered or unwanted tiles. We provide a low cost sample service to ensure you are 100% happy with the tiles you would like to order. By requesting a sample, you have the opportunity to see the product before making the purchase of tiles for your project.
